About TrueHistory

TrueHistory was launched in 2013 to address the high staff turn over rate in the leisure and entertainment industry.

This was due to problems such as theft, indiscipline and absenteeism to name a few of the challenges experienced by employers. After working closely with a selected group of employers and their employees, we came to understand that the main reason why employees were not so worried about leaving or being sacked from a job and starting a new one was because they relied on the ignorance of their future employers about their past work history.

Basically, they felt that they would never have to worry about the consequences of their past actions. We therefore created TrueHistory to achieve the following objectives

• Create a unique biometric system with an ID that can identify any employee even if they change their name or the spelling of their name
• Create a rating and review system that allows employers to give feedback on an employees job performance
• Create a network that allows employers to easily share and access this information where ever they are 24 hours a day
• Create a system that quickly allows employers to recognise and appreciate the best employees
• Create a system that motivates employees to be happy in their job and therefore brings out the best in them
• Use this network to build a bridge of trust and create a better working relationship between the employers and their employees
